The website for Windows & Doors by Brownell has been managed by Champlain Marketing since 2006. The first version was a static HTML website. The second, and current version is a Joomla website. This has allowed a member of their team to add and change promotions on the website on her own. Having this knowledge and power over their own content has the side benefit of knowing what is possible and how to ask for it. When a client has the knowledge and curiosity to ask insightful questions, the results make both the designer and client achieve results on a whole new level.
A new responsive website is in the works using WordPress. The biggest challenge with this website redesign has been figuring out how to handle the Virtual Showroom maps. A few options have been researched and presented, but no final decision have been made. Stay tuned to see how the new responsive website turns out.
